RETURNS
Please CLICK HERE to initiate a return or exchange.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Shoes should be unworn and in their original packaging and put inside a shipping box.
Please use our easy online return and exchange portal with the link above.
International customers are responsible for return shipment costs.
We will apply the credit to the original form of payment usually within 14 days and send you an email confirmation.

EXCHANGES
Please CLICK HERE to exchange an item for a different size or color.
You can then wait for your credit notification via email to order your exchange or you can place a new order while your return is in transit.
SHOE CARE FAQ
Oncept shoes utilize the highest quality leather and components and even though our most popular styles are sneakers they are not suitable for any washing machines.
Please do not use a washing machine for any Oncept shoes.
We are unable to replace or exchange any shoes that have been damaged do to washing or improper care.
WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We currently offer free shipping and returns within the United States.
We ship standard international delivery to Canada and require that our customers pay shipping and any duty or import taxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes
DELIVERY TIMING AND COST
Free shipping on all orders in the U.S. usually arriving in 3-5 business days.
We ship using Fedex
We do our best to ship all orders received by 3pm EST Monday-Friday the same day. Orders received after or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day
ORDER CONFIRMATION/TRACKING
You will receive an email once your order has been placed with all of the details
You will receive a new email once your order has shipped including a UPS tracking number.
Our goal is to ship the same day for all orders placed by 1pm EST

CANCEL/MODIFY AN ORDER
-Please log into your account and follow the instructions to cancel or modify your order
-If your order has not yet been shipped we will cancel and refund your payment method or modify your order accordingly
-In the event that your order has been shipped please follow the instructions in our RETURN FAQ to return your goods
PREORDERS
In continuing to reduce over production we offer pre-orders at the beginning of each season
Preorders are charged when placed
We always give an estimated ship period during our preorder times and try to give the most accurate information available
Preorders can be returned within 30 days of shipment and found in our RETURN FAQ
DAMAGED/INCORRECT ITEMS
If you feel your item has been damaged or is incorrect please contact us at hello@oncept.nyc so that we can look into this unlikely occurrence
Utilize our normal free return process to receive a refund or exchange
FIT AND SIZING
ONCEPT shoes are made utilizing US sizing standards
We currently offer whole and half sizes in 6-10
To help with your fit we have several tools available
EasySize is a great tool that will direct you to the closest probable size in our shoes
Size Guide is a chart that you can view to convert your size to US sizing or by following the instructions will direct you to how to measure your feet to find your proper size
Fit + Comfort is shown for each style and continually updated to direct your sizing decisions
Customer reviews are also a great way to hear from others on how the shoes are fitting and other comments on comfort
SALES TAX
We currently charge Sales Tax in several states in accordance with the
appropriate regulations.
