Domestic Customers

We offer free ground shipping via Fedex on all United States locations.

All orders placed Monday - Friday before will be processed the same or next day & shipped within 48 hours, pending credit authorization and availability. Orders received after 11am EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Your transaction will be processed once we have confirmed product availability, and received credit authorization. Please note that your order will be shipped only once payment and delivery details have been approved.

All domestic orders are shipped using UPS, Fedex, DHL or USPS. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Transit time estimates do not include weekends or holidays and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We are not responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays

International Customers

Canadian and International shipping rates do not include shipping, duties or taxes.  You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. Some orders may experience customs delays. Transit times are provided by DHL and are not necessarily guaranteed. We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses.  If you refuse your international order, you will be refunded upon receipt, less the cost of international return shipping.

Items Purchased Online

We offer free returns for online orders!   We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise initiated within 30 days of delivery.  Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Pack your unworn shoes back in their original box and shipping carton and apply the return label from your shipment.

Holiday Period Return & Exchange Policy

Each year starting from Thanksgiving through Jan 1st we will extend all purchases to be refunded or exchanged by Jan 20th.

Return Policy Details

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

Oncept merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Customers that return or exchange over 2 orders within a 30 day period will be charged a restocking fee of $25 on the third order.
